Customer Review
The initial feeder stopped working after a couple of weeks. I cleaned it and tried to get it working again twice but had no luck. I contacted them, and they were very responsive. They quickly shipped me a new feeder which I immediately set up. The new feeder has been working for four days now and is perfect! It does a great job in balancing the amount of food throughout the day and the cats love it!
I love this automatic feeder! We took in two strays recently, and the one is taking a while to warm up to us, plus the other one is a scarfer and will pick on his brother. We were going out of town for Christmas and wanted an automatic feeder for their kibble. This one has been perfect! The two bowls are far enough apart to keep the gray boy out of his brother's bowl. They were wary of the sound of the kibble hitting the metal bowls, but that ended after the first meal, and now they will run across the house to it as soon as they hear that first kibble drop.
Setup was very easy, and we modified the meals around our trip (adding more since they would miss their usual wet food portions while we were gone) without issue. I like that it is easy to see the kibble level, and is easy for humans to open and refill, but keeps the kitties out.
I'm very happy with this purchase and highly recommend!
Video attached- I left the room right after so the scared boy got to eat.
Bought this for my parents to make life easier. They were able to program it themselves. So far it's working well.
The oneisall Automatic Cat Feeder has been a game-changer for my two cats. The dual-tray design makes mealtimes peaceful, and the large 5L capacity means I don’t have to refill it constantly. Setting the schedule was simple, and it delivers the right portions every time. My cats adjusted quickly and now come running when they hear it. Highly reliable and perfect for busy pet owners!
A quality made product that functions accurately and smoothly dispenses preprogrammed portions. Setup and programming is very easy. The backup batteries are a nice addition as well.
This was easy to setup and operate. I have it set for two feeding times a day. You can set as many as you need, and also pre-set the amounts for each feeding. When my two cats hear the food pellets hitting that metal tray, they bolt like lightning to it! I would advise not putting it close to your bedroom if you are a lite sleeper. It's not loud at all. But the food clinking on the tray woke up my girlfriend and I was advised to move it! It holds a good amount of food and is very sturdy.
Having an automatic feeder is great, not only for short trips, but for sleeping past a very early-rising cat's perceived breakfast time. This particular feeder is just what I needed: an app that is super easy to navigate, a long-life rechargeable battery, and excellent build quality. Exactly what I needed.
