Very convenient automatic feeder and water dispenser. Large capacity, easy to set up, and reliable. My cat got used to it quickly. Happy with the purchase.
This was my very first pet auto feeder. Set up was pretty simple. You can set up several feeding intervals with your code of dispensing per feeding period. There may be a bit of testing to make sure enough is dispensed per day for your pet to get the appropriate amount in their diet. There's a subtle blue light that gently illuminates the water dispenser which is a nice touch.
FYI: The long cleaning wand in the watering container comes out simply if you pull it through. Doesn't look like it would, but it does. With that said, it was very nice & convenient for them to provide this cleaning utensil with the purchase. DO NOT pry that container open to fill it. It only fills from the opening spout.
There's are only 2 cons to this unit, though not enough to return:
1) I would like some sort of filter for the water which will become stale & stagnant upon sitting. I solve this by simply providing fresh water more frequently or using bottles water vs tap.
2) And lastly, the only option that I can tell is military time when setting up the clock & feeding times. I prefer regular 12 hr time. This is just a preference & I would like an option.
Other than that I feel it's good quality and I hope it'll last. May buy one for my niece for Christmas! Her car needs portion controlled feeding & this would be perfect!

Definitely a great product. Good quality, durable and the design is very nice. I like the fact that the bowls are stainless steel, easy to clean too. Both feeder and water dispenser have large capacity. It is such a peace of mind that I don’t have to worry about my cat when I am on a weekend trip. Great for busy people. Also a huge plus to schedule feedings. I loved it so far! Definitely recommend !
